PAYMENT
Due in advance.  Out of state I accept PAYPAL and Postal Money Orders
EMERALD EXOTICS GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed feeding, outwardly healthy and properly sexed,

unless otherwise stated.  Nothing is guaranteed in the case of extreme

temperatures (below 45 and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit)
REQUESTED PRICE DROPS
If a price is lowered due to a customer requesting a price break, all normal guarantees are void.
IN THE CASE OF TRADES
If the trader in question does not have a website, photos of the animals

being traded and/or some other proof of legitimacy, they must ship first

and EE's shipment will procede after they have received the animals.
NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL
EE must be notified within 24 hours of arrival.  If not, all guarantees,

including any special guarantees, will become void.
PROBLEMS DUE TO CARRIER
EE assumes no liability for carrier loss or mishandling
IN THE CASE OF DOA
It is imperative that EE is contacted within 24 hours of arrival.  Good, clear

photographs must be provided as proof.  In legitimate cases EE will refund

the entire amount paid, including shipping and/or deliver a replacement for

free.  We may deem it necessary for the purchaser to send the DOA animals

back at their cost, depending on the situation.
